Yes, it appears my host is having issues but we just put a mirror site up for you. You can download it from the bas skins manager page on the tracker site.

After installation,BAS Skins Manager will not run.Comes up with"could not create required directory"error. Running Windows 7 64 bit. I deleted BAS Skins Manager and re-installed it.Have same problem.Any ideas.
